We need health food

We need healthy food

We need healthy food because it can make you think and make you grow. Secondly some food can give you diabetes like sugar snacks and lollies. Most people in New Zealand experience diabetes. Most likely Pacific Islanders.

If you want to be a healthy person you have to eat healthy food like Veggies, Fruits, Fish and other fresh foods. The people that help are the Big Loser team. Their team can help save lives. Every time I see it on the TV advertisements, some people are crying. I believe they are crying because it burns for them.

Furthermore we should always have healthy lunches because if I had diabetes I’ll lose weight fast.

Awesome healthy lunch

Yesterday we had a mean as lunch. We had to sit on the seniors table. If I sat in the juniors side my legs would be sore. There was alot of food on this piece of paper that we’re going to put in our sandwiches. Like carrot, lettuce, cucumber, bread, ham and tuna. Mr Naidoo had organised all this yummy food for us.
In my sandwich I put every filling in,  but I found that I kind of didn't like the tuna. After that I had another one. Then I was full. It was so delicious
